The P13894-011 series of InAsSb photovoltaic detectors covers the mid-range region up to 11 μm. The RoHS-compliant infrared detectors feature a 1 × 1 mm photosensitive area, peak sensitivity at 5.6 μm, and typical photosensitivity of 0.0019 A/W in a TO-5 metal package.
