The APX-PSD-XVInG-3.1 2-mm-diameter position-sensing detector (PSD) offers sensitivity from 400 to 1700 nm, 2 kΩ inter-electrode resistance, high shunt resistance, low capacitance, and 20 µm position detection error. Housed in a hermetically sealed TO-5 package or a 5 × 3.6 mm surface-mount ceramic package, they are designed for extended-visible InGaAs position-sensing applications.
