They are available with diameters of 0.3, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, and 5 mm, with planar-constructed circular geometry for optimized O/E performance metrics. They are available in industry-standard TO18, TO46, TO5, TO8, ceramic submounts, and custom packages.
