PbSe infrared detectors

A series of highperformance lead selenide (PbSe) infrared detectors operates in the 15µm spectral region. Peak wavelength detectivities approach 1.5 ¥ 1010 cmHz/W at 25°C and 3.0 ¥ 1010 cmHz/W at 30°C. These devices are available in a variety of standard and custom sizes and package configurations.
