The Acuros 6 and Acuros 4 shortwave-infrared (SWIR) image sensors feature 6.3 and 4.2 Mpixel global shutter arrays, respectively. Features for both models include a 7 µm pixel pitch, 12-bit digital output, low read noise, and enhanced quantum efficiency. Both employ the company’s colloidal quantum dot (CQD) photodiode technology. Applications include laser inspection and manufacturing, semiconductor inspection, automotive safety, long-range imaging, and defense.
