SWIR sensors cover the 400- to 2000-nm range

Feb. 17, 2025
Shortwave-infrared (SWIR) sensors combine quantum dot sensor technology with wafer-level packaging.

Shortwave-infrared (SWIR) sensors combine the company's quantum dot sensor technology with its wafer-level packaging to reduce packaged sensor manufacturing costs. They are manufactured and packaged on a full wafer with up to 100 imagers on a single 8 in. wafer, making the production cost of a single sensor a fraction of current alternatives. Featuring SWaP optimization, they cover the 400- to 2000-nm range.
