4D Technology vertical digital radius slide uses laser interferometry
The Vertical Digital Radius Slide (VDRS) allows precise radius of curvature (ROC) measurement of concave or convex optics, and provides axial positioning resolution to 1 μm. It uses AccuFiz compact laser interferometers and integrates with 4Sight data analysis software for rapid, wizard-based ROC measurement.
