The PhaseCam 6110 interferometer features a new 4 Mpixel camera, with 0.0005 wv repeatability and 0.01 wv RMS precision. The Twyman-Green design uses vibration-insensitive dynamic interferometry technology for data acquisition in less than 30 µs. The 4Sight Focus 64-bit multithreaded software platform includes enhanced masking and a built-in database.
