The Verifire HDX laser interferometer system measures surface form and transmitted wavefront of optical components and systems.

The Verifire HDX laser interferometer system measures surface form and transmitted wavefront of optical components and systems. It includes a low-noise, high-speed 11.6 Mpixel sensor and vibration-insensitive acquisition technologies. Its camera provides resolution of 3392 × 3392 pixels with a frame rate of 96 Hz. Available apertures are from 25 to 800 mm.
