Zygo laser interferometer system has 11.6 Mpixel sensor
The Verifire HDX laser interferometer system measures surface form and transmitted wavefront of optical components and systems. It includes a low-noise, high-speed 11.6 Mpixel sensor and vibration-insensitive acquisition technologies. Its camera provides resolution of 3392 × 3392 pixels with a frame rate of 96 Hz. Available apertures are from 25 to 800 mm.
