The Verifire laser interferometer has utility in precision metrology and characterization of optical components and systems in manufacturing and laboratory environments. It has a true Fizeau on-axis optical system and QPSI vibration-tolerant acquisition technology, with a frequency-stabilized laser. It is controlled by the company’s Mx software platform, which includes SmartAveraging and SmartRemote compatibilities.
