Bristol Instruments intros optical thickness gauge

Oct. 10, 2013
The 157 Series optical thickness gauge measures absolute thickness of a single layer or multiple layers to an accuracy of ±0.1 μm, with repeatability of ±0.05 μm.

The 157 Series optical thickness gauge measures absolute thickness of a single layer or multiple layers to an accuracy of ±0.1 µm, with repeatability of ±0.05 µm. The company's wavelength meter technology enables measurement performance over long periods of time by continuously referencing the measurements to a built-in standard of length. Such materials include specialty plastic films, medical membranes, and ophthalmic products.
