The SCW 1532- 500R pulsed laser diode module delivers power >500 mW at 1550 nm for optical spectrum analyzers and optical time domain reflectometers. It comes in a 14-pin butterfly package with an industry-standard pin-out. It offers threshold current of 70 mA, and typical forward voltage of 2V up to 3V.
