Optical profiler from Zygo has use in precision machining applications

June 29, 2015
The ZeGage Plus optical profiler provides non-contact 3D measurement of surface topography and roughness.

The ZeGage Plus optical profiler provides non-contact 3D measurement of surface topography and roughness. It is suited for precision machining applications, and for optical surfaces and precision microstructures requiring sub-nanometer vertical precision. The company’s SureScan technology eliminates the need for a vibration isolation system, while its Mx software allows data visualization and quantification of step heights, texture, and volume.
