• Time-period analyzer

The Picosecond Time Analyzer uses a digital-delay technique to measure time periods ranging from nanoseconds to microseconds with a resolution of 1 ps. Applications include lidar, time-of-flight mass spectrometry, and fluorescence/phosphorescence lifetime measurements. Burst rates as high as 20 MH¥can be accommodated. The instrument acquires data in either histogramming or list mode.
