Avantes spectrometer has uses in high-sensitivity applications
The AvaSpec-HS2048XL spectrometer is designed for high-sensitivity applications where high resolution is not of paramount concern. It has a full 0.22 numerical aperture for high throughput and a back-thinned CCD detector with 2048 pixels measuring 14 × 500 μm. It includes toroid collimating and focusing mirrors to control magnification, and an electronic shutter.
