PRESS RELEASE

New Compact 532nm DPSS Lasers

Bright Solution continues to flex their novel muscle with the addition of a new series of DPSS q-switched lasers known as the BLM. The BLM series emits at the 532nm wavelength with factory adjustable output pulse energy from 10uJ to 50uJ with 15ns pulse widths and factory adjustable repetition rates from single shot to 4 kHz. The BLM also provides a linear polarization ratio of 100:1 and superior beam quality with an M² of 1.1.

The compact dual-box design of the BLM makes this laser ideal for integration into end user systems where small dimensions are vital. The size of the BLM pump unit measures only 7.8 x 3.5 x 2in, while the resonator measures a mere 4.5in x 2.75in x 1.18in.

To date, the BLM has had the most success in LIDAR applications. However, this laser is also suitable for many other applications including: spectroscopy, biomedical, fluorescence measurement, marking, scribing, seed sources for amplified laser systems and much more.

Since 1996, RPMC has been offering high quality dpss lasers as well as laser diodes. We currently offer millisecond, microsecond, nanosecond, picosecond, femtosecond and CW solid state lasers as well as fiber lasers. We offer some of the newest and most efficient designs available, as well as custom solid state designs.
