Zygo laser Fizeau interferometer: Booth #1248

The Qualifire laser Fizeau interferometer features a fixed, on-axis coherent point source to illuminate the interferometric cavity. It is available with either a 4- or 6-in. aperture and weighs <50 lbs. Its Flying Spot module offers coherent artifact reduction and plano cavity autofocus.
