Spectrophotometer measures LWIR-optimized optical coatings
The PHOTON RT 7512 spectrophotometer performs transmission and reflection measurements of plano-optics with coatings optimized for longwave infrared (LWIR; 7.5–12.5 µm). Designed specifically for coatings, maximum sample size is 200 × 150 × 40 mm and it accommodates angles of incidence up to 60° with S-pol/P-pol for high-end metrology.
