Contour measuring device features intelligent probe system
The MarSurf CD 140 AG 11 contour measuring machine uses an intelligent probe system with a 350 mm arm and magnetic stylus tip holder, allowing probe tips to be changed without tools or recalibration. It also measures roughness up to Rz>2 µm. Integrated MarWin software includes a patented Tangential Elements function.
