Large-format inspection and metrology system provides surface imaging
The Nexview 650 large-format metrology system provides automated measurement of injection-molding tooling, PCBs, and glass panels with work volumes up to 650 × 650 mm, sample load >100 kg, and vertical range of 150 mm. It uses noncontact coherence scanning interferometry (CSI) technology, employing specialized microscope objectives to provide surface imaging and magnification, and measure 3D topography.
