    The Square One cuvette holder for accurate, repeatable absorbance and fluorescence measurements has three collimating lenses with fiber-optic connectors. It measures 111 × 90 × 74 mm and accommodates 1 cm plastic or quartz cuvettes. Its built-in mirror optimizes signal reflection for fluorescence, while two filter slots accept both 12.5- and 25-mm-diameter optical filters.
