6-axis motorized positioning stage has use in advanced automation
The F-690.S1 SpaceFAB 6-axis motorized positioning stage platform features a maximum speed of 500 mm/sec. (linear) and 100° (rotational), minimum incremental motion (MIM) of 10 nm/2 µrad, and sensor resolution of 1 nm. Designed for advanced automation tasks, it has six degrees of freedom based on a parallel-kinematic platform.
