Optical filter modeling software offers custom filter functionality

Spectra Viewer software models optical filters, compares light sources, and optimizes optical system designs. New features include an expanded light source library with LEDs, laser lines, and customizable laser wavelengths; more fluorochromes and proteins; custom filter functionality; and enhanced data export and sharing. It is used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, spectroscopy, and optical system development.
