The AY110-200-04 rotary stage features a 200-mm-diameter table, 3.6-arcsec resolution, and 100-kg load capacity. It measures 83-mm high with a 250 × 267 mm footprint and a 60-mm aperture. It offers 360° of continuous rotation in each direction.
