Piezo stages feature digital servo piezo controller/driver
The P-545 PInano piezo stage family offers a choice of position feedback sensors for nanometer precise measurements: Capacitive noncontact sensors or piezoresistive strain gauge sensors. A digital servo piezo controller/driver with USB, TCP/IP, RS-232, and high-resolution analog interfaces is included, with a software suite and LabView drivers. Applications include photonics testing, 3D imaging, and super-resolution microscopy.
