Linear positioner features V8 piezo-walk motor
N-332 nanometer-precision linear stages are configurable to multi-axis setups of XY, XZ, and XYZ, for applications in fiber-optics, microscopy, bionanotechnology, metrology, and scientific research in beamlines and laser labs. With a V8 piezo-walk motor, they have an 80 × 110 mm and 80 × 160 mm footprint with travel ranges of 1 in. and 2 in., respectively. A UHV option withstands pressures down to 10-9 hPa.
