The NanoScan OP 800 nanopositioning piezo objective scanner provides fast step and settle times, with an 800 µm closed-loop travel range. Compatible with most microscopes and objective lenses, it uses capacitive positioning sensors. It provides 2.5 nm resolution under a 250 g load.
