The V-622, V-623, and V-625 rotary stages have frictionless electromagnetic torque motors, precision ball bearings, and multi-orientation mounting. Designed for continuous 24/7 operations, they provide resolution down to 0.0015 µrad, position accuracy of 10 µrad, and bidirectional repeatability of 5 µrad. A choice of encoders is offered, including absolute and incremental options.
