Alignment stages have use in laser drilling
Four AU200-120x120 alignment stages feature 120 mm of travel in the X and Y axes and 1 µm repeatability. They measure 87 mm high with a 188 × 188 mm open aperture. Applications include alignment, inspection, laser drilling, and optical inspection.
