Piezo flexure stage has uses in life science applications
P-725 PIFOC piezo flexure stages are available in 100, 400, and 800 µm travel ranges. They are equipped with capacitive direct feedback and MARS-rover tested PICMA piezoelectric actuators. Applications include super-resolution microscopy, genome sequencing, wafer metrology, digital pathology, and laser material processing.
