Designed for use with the Resolv4K zoom lens system, the Resolv4K coaxial illuminator and controller offers visible-wavelength axial color correction. Other wavelength options include a visible to near-IR and SWIR coating option. They are suited for defect and character inspection, especially on flat, highly reflective surfaces such as wafers, integrated circuits, and polished metal sections.
