Multiaxis motion subsystem offers travel ranges from 204 to 407 mm
The X-417 multiaxis motion subsystem is an x-y system made of two 3-phase motor-powered V-417 linear stages, with travel ranges from 204 to 407 mm. A G-901 EtherCat-based controller with an ACS driver sits on a granite base plate. An optional z-axis L-412 positioner with 102 mm travel range is available.
