A capability for producing very small scale diffraction gratings on thin substrates has been developed in support of several next-generation sensing technologies.

A capability for producing very small scale diffraction gratings on thin substrates has been developed in support of several next-generation sensing technologies, while another capability enables diffraction grating production capacity of more common larger area diffraction gratings to exceed 1000 components per day.
