Raicol Crystals to showcase rubidium titanyl phosphate crystals and devices for electro-optics at SPIE DSS 2014

April 29, 2014
A line of rubidium titanyl phosphate (RTP) electro-optics cells (Pockels cells) are based on two RTP elements in a temperature-compensating design.

A line of rubidium titanyl phosphate (RTP) electro-optics cells (Pockels cells) are based on two RTP elements in a temperature-compensating design. Typical uses include Q-switching, phase and amplitude modulation, pulse picking, cavity dumping, shutters, attenuation, and deflection. Specifications include a 500–3000 nm wavelength range and -50° to 80°C operating temperature range. Large apertures up to 15 × 15 mm2 are available.
