PRESS RELEASE

Opto-Alignment Technology will release a new product at Photonics West 2012, in the form of a bench-top lens tilt and centration testing instrument. The “LAS-BT” is intended for cementing small doublets and aligning lenses during assembly into a lens barrel. It comes with a 4 inch air-bearing and only 15 in of linear travel. It is not intended to replace the standalone “LAS-UP” for ultra precision alignment of lenses up to 12+ inches diameter. It is 100% designed and made in the USA by OAT.
