Optics design aid

Prometheus is a design and simulation environment for integrated optics. The package features a graphical user interface and text input interpreter to design devices and lay out both electrodes and complete mask sets. Masks containing more than one million points can be designed. Finite difference methods can be applied to any part of a design, and a "vary" option allows for quick optimization.
