Optical filter sets offer steep spectral edges
The Semrock Avant filter set family includes the UFP/Venus, Cy3/Alexa Fluor 555, TyRed/AlexaFluor 594, Cy5.5/Alexa Fluor 680, Alexa Fluor 700, and Cy7/Alexa Fluor 750. They are designed with improvements in fluorescence performance for their corresponding short Stokes shift fluorophore. Steep spectral edges and high complementary OD blocking maximize signal, while maintaining low bleedthrough and high signal-to-noise ratio.
