The Neon RD0033 advanced digital readout integrated circuit (DROIC) features a 640 × 512 format, 700 fps, 15 e- read noise at room temperature in high gain, triple-gain modes with programmable well capacities, and a 10 μm pitch pixel. Developed for low-light applications such as shortwave infrared (SWIR) and quantum dot-based detectors, it can operate in high-temperature conditions.
