The SIRRUS plasma physical vapor deposition (PVD) platform offers full spectral coverage from UV (200 nm) to IR (14 µm). The proprietary process produces optical filters with steep edges, high transmission, and deep blocking. The extended spectral performance is available on the company’s bandpass, dichroic, notch, and multiband filters.
