Standard antireflection coatings on infrared (IR) substrates are offered in 35 µm or 714 µm and up to the 15 µm range, if needed. High consistency from coating run-to-run is offered, with a robotic cleaning system and proprietary plasma vapor deposition (PVD) process with ion-assisted deposition (IAD). Substrates include germanium, chalcogenide, silicon, Cleartran, and zinc selenide.
