Off-axis parabolic mirrors are used to maximize power density at the focus of petawatt laser beamlines. Designed for use in plasma physics, x-ray radiography, proton therapy, and fast ignition experiments, the off-axis parabolic mirrors allow an unobstructed aperture and access to the focal plane.
