Holo/Or beam shapers allow multichannel beam splitting
Polymer on Glass beam shapers allow accurate beam shaping or multichannel beam splitting. They have low angle tolerance <2% with high transparency between 450 and 1080 nm. They are environmentally stable between -40° and 120°C with no yellowing in most common uses. They can be delivered on wafers, diced or undiced, and as single parts.
