Narrow-linewidth laser module has use in FMCW LiDAR
The LXM narrow-linewidth distributed-feedback (DFB) laser module is available in a single wavelength, in both standard and ultra-narrow models, down to <0.2 kHz linewidth. They combine a DFB laser module, low-noise current source, and a temperature controller in one package. Applications include frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) LiDAR, optical network monitoring, and quantum communications.
