The TSL-770 tunable laser is available in the 1260 to 1650 nm range, with a maximum tuning range of 200 nm. It provides mode-hop-free sweeps of up to 200 nm/s, with 90 dB/0.1 nm signal-to-total-source-spontaneous-emission ratio.
