OLED-maker Novaled AG registers for IPO

Dresden, Germany--OLED-maker Novaled AG filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO).

Dresden, Germany--Novaled AG, which performs research, development, and commercialization of technologies and materials that enhance the performance of organic light-emitting diodes, or OLEDs, and other organic optoelectronics, filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Novaled intends to apply to have its ADSs listed on the NASDAQ Global Market or New York Stock Exchange.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
