Precision lapping and polishing services provider Accumet Engineering (Hudson, MA) and custom laser cutting, drilling, marking, and welding services specialist Laser Services (Westford, MA) will be merging in January 2019. Together, the two companies provide medical device, microelectronics, and military/aerospace OEMs with a source for their complete materials processing and assembly services. Both companies are owned by Gregory Sexton, but they have been operating independently.
The official merger will occur in January 2019 when both websites will become one with the domain name of www.accumet.com. All administrative functions will be managed by the corporate headquarters located in Westford. The Hudson facility will remain open as an operations facility.
