The LPKF Stencil Laser P 6060 fully enclosed laser cutting system for the production of SMT stencils is the latest addition to the LPKF Stencil Laser family. The system uses a proprietary, light weight motion system that allows excellent positioning accuracy, while maintaining the high cutting speeds.

The Stencil Laser P 6060 can cut all stencils, both framed and frameless, can be adjusted to fit any stencil size up to 29.1in x 37.4in. The system requires minimum set-up and is ready to use within minutes of being plugged in. The stencil laser features a fiducial camera for automatic re-load of stencils, eliminating unproductive downtime. Engineered with a Class I laser safety rating the SL P 6060 can cut with both compressed air and oxygen and features a simplified user interface with an easy-to-learn multi user level software. A small footprint and reduced energy consumption allows the system to be used in all environments. The Stencil Laser P 6060 is easy to manage and maintain and LPKF's service staff can remotely service the system from anywhere in the world via the internet.
