Automated CNC end-machining center

BLM Group USA (Wixom, MI) has introduced its BC80 automated CNC end-machining center that has uses in cut-to-length, chamfering, facing, and part measurement for 24-hour production of bushings up to 3.15in. diameter and lengths from 0.4 to 13.75 in. The bundle loader is available in lengths up to 40 ft., and the unit provides in-process part measurement and 100% part length inspection with detailed SPC reporting.
