Laser cladding company Hayden purchases four-axis CNC milling machine

Laser cladding and thermal spray coating provider Hayden has purchased and installed a new four-axis CNC milling machine.

West Springfield, MA - Laser cladding and thermal spray coating provider Hayden has purchased and installed a new four-axis CNC milling machine.

Working in direct integration with SolidWorks 3D modeling software, the mill can create tooling designed directly from customer prints or solid models, ensuring coating dimensions and cutoffs are precisely within tight tolerances and customer specification requirements.

The four-axis CNC mill can generate masking and fixturing for volume production parts up to 40in. in length, according to Dan Hayden, the company's president, adding that the company will continue to invest in new equipment and technologies.
