The NanoLED-07 is the latest of a range of pulsed diode light sources.

The NanoLED-07 is the latest of a range of pulsed diode light sources. Based on gallium nitride technology, the device emits picosecond pulses at around 405 nm with megahertz repetition rates. It comes standard with built-in focusing and collimating optics. A high-intensity version produces nanosecond pulses for applications requiring a greater energy per pulse. It has full "plug-and-play" capability with other NanoLED light-emitting diode and laser diode sources.
